When the CDTi was founded in 2010, its purpose was to give greater credibility to an established profession and give coaches a place to connect with with a specific intention in mind – the vertical development of everyone involved. In the subsequent 11 years, CDTi has grown to become the world’s most ethical Coaching organisation of professionally and vertically developed coaches, using the ‘MCO’ system and leading the charge for a global developmental coaching community.
In 2021 we unveiled a number of brand new CDTi brands and the CDTi community. The CDTi system reflects CDTi’s interests in many areas of the coaching world, represented by six unique developmental organisations that make up the CDTi Synergy. It is an extension of our developing philosophy – a better illustration of how all stakeholders in our organisation can relate to and be a part of CDTi.
